Close to the beach road, which was convenient for me! 🏖️

The location was mind-blowing, with top-notch drinking spots within walking distance. The facilities were super, and the apartment itself had everything I needed to cater for myself. It was quiet, secure, and the support was jaw-dropping. The small bar next door and nearby grocery stores made life easy. Taxi costs to the beach and central Pattaya were low, and major supermarkets were within easy reach. The owner and agent were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The design of the property was perfect for my needs.

The apartment at The Chezz By Patsamon was amazing! The room had a cozy seating area and a fully equipped kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. We also had a balcony with stunning city views, which made our stay even more special. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi were a plus, especially for us youngsters who love to watch our favorite shows and stay connected with friends.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the tiled floors in the air-conditioned units. It's just a matter of preference though, as some people might find it trendy and stylish.

They have included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control. The bathroom is big, relaxing after a long day. The staff are really helpful and very kind.

I recently stayed at a modern and compact apartment called Chezz By Patsamon in a great location. The owner and agent were quick to reply and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The apartment provided everything I expected, with clean facilities and excellent security. Any minor issues I had were quickly resolved, and the process of picking up keys and lift cards was smooth. I've stayed at Chezz By Patsamon multiple times and will continue to do so. It's a fantastic choice if you want to stay away from the noise and bright lights of Pattaya's nightlife. Additionally, there are two major supermarkets, Big C Extra and Foodland, nearby.

We had a good stay in Pattaya near beach and central Pattaya, and Pattaya's nightlife. Staff was HELPFUL and very friendly despite our late arrival. Though we loved this place, the water pressure was not great.

This place is fabulous for sightseeing, loved how close it was to the Big C mall and the city center while still being in a peaceful area.

The on-site amenities, including the gym, sauna, and rooftop pool, were fantastic and offered stunning views of the surroundings. Plus, there were nearby convenience stores for easy shopping.

Great condo at a great price! The owner was really nice and accommodating. The condo had all the necessary equipment and amenities. The pool on the roof was a definite highlight, and the view from up there was amazing. Plus, there were plenty of cafes nearby and the location was perfect for exploring the city. a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of minor issues that could be improved. there was only one remote control for the two air conditioners, which was a bit inconvenient.

The Apartment: From the moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was captivated by the breathtaking city views. It felt like being in the heart of the bustling metropolis, yet having a peaceful retreat in the midst of it all. The seating area was so cozy, it made me feel like I was lounging in a cloud. And the fully equipped kitchen was a chef's dream, allowing me to whip up delicious meals with ease. Plus, the private bathroom with its refreshing shower was a perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring.

Missing cleaning brush/iron/board.

Loved lounging by the pool and getting into the hot tub, feeling like a VIP. The sun terrace was great for catching some rays. Oh, and let's not forget the charming seating area in my room, perfect for sipping tea.

Such a shame they didn't provide a helicopter pad. How else was I supposed to arrive in style?
